Duct section will be sized so as to fit complete new UV lamp frames and be mounted into building return air from dust collector system. NQ in duct UV lamp system will be 8Ő x6Ő. . Field measurement of all clearances will be required before final fabrication of the UV insert. 36 - 36" UVGI lamps required. One LED for each set of three lamps or 12 LEDŐs required. One ballast for three lamps therefore 12 ballasts. Four banks of 9 lamps each.

UV Duct Unit Specification

Lamps - will be ozone blocking quartz, 36" long and will emit germicidal radiation in the 253.7 nm wavelength, each tube will output a total radiation dosage of, 240 microwatt-seconds per cm squared at 1 meter.

Enclosure - field fabricated of at least 16 gauge galvanized steel duct material, unpainted. Unit frame to be hung according to SMACNA details. No holes in casing or hanger rod/frames will be allowed. ( if holes are used proper caulk should be used to avoid UVGI outflow into space or peoples eyes. )

Wiring - lamp sections will be pre-wired to a industry standard 4" x 4" x 2" electrical box

Voltage - 115/60/1 phase. 20 amp load per 36 lamps .
